About Lee Hirsh

Born in 1954, and a resident of Stonnington for 20 years, Lee Hirsh has exhibited widely in group exhibitions throughout Melbourne, Australia. She has completed private and public commissions and worked extensively in art therapy contexts. She has received several prizes, including Highly Commended in the Bayside Art Show in the Contemporary Category 2007, A Daffodil Day Arts Award 2003, Highly Commended in the Malvern Artist Society Selected Autumn Exhibition, 2000, Highly Commended in The Malvern Artist Society Selected Spring Exhibition, 2000, and Finalist in the WorkCover Art Show, 1996.

Lee Hirsh’s upcoming exhibition ‘Perceptions’ will be on display at the Malvern Town Hall and Prahran Town Hall Foyers from February 3 through to March 6, 2014, M-F only 8:30am to 5pm. She will be in attendance at the official opening on February 13th 5:30 – 7pm. Lee Hirsh’s artwork can also be viewed in person by appointment at her studio.
